Looking For A Friendly Housemate

Hiya! I currently live in Redland Bristol and would like to move soon. I am open-minded, value diversity, tolerance and empathy to create a smooth and calm flat sharing environment.

I am originally Spanish and have lived and worked in Bristol for almost 8 years so far. Through covid and everything. I truly love this city and all it has to offer, and want to create a stable life and community here. I am a lecturer at UWE and prefer working at the office or library. I consciously avoid working at home to create a strong work life distinction. I am an engineer switching to a nature tech field, and I recently got a volunteer position at the Bristol Zoo, exciting!!

Outside of work, I am an artist dancer, musician, and writer. I am aware of the sounds that 'us' musicians make, so I am happy to chat to find reasonable times, volumes or outside the house :)

I consider myself upbeat and like to joke about everything with Spanish puns. Apologies in advance if I make inappropriate jokes. Still tuning them to a British audience xP

I am a man that likes to spend time in common spaces and cooks lots of food for the week. I mostly meet friends outdoors or outside the house with occassional visits to the house. I have a car and like to go hiking, camping, natureeeee :D I feel I got a mix of introvert and extrovert energies but prefer quietness for the evening. I like to clean the house weekly or bi-weekly. Happy to find something that works for everyone!

Ultimately, I look for flexibility and communication in a shared flat. I am willing to sit down and have a deep chat and reflect on how things are going. This is important so everybody feels heard and considered in a clear and direct way.
