I am a professional female aged 52, looking for a room or Annexe or Granny Flat budget £600-800 including bills. I am hoping to move anytime really but I do need to gave 28 days notice to my current landlord. Also would need parking if possible, I dont currently have a vehicle but on the look out for one.
