Double room wanted

Hi there,
I'm Sian, 28. I work for Birmingham’s Department of Education and currently live in Sandwell. I'm looking to move into the city for work and city life😊. I have a £1000pcn budget provided it is an ensuite and includes bills. I enjoy going to the gym, concerts, love a good beer garden, trying out new restaurants, and chilling with a good series. I work in a hybrid but tend to prefer being in the office or a cafe; so having accommodation with a gym and a shared working space would be a lovely bonus.
I've been living independently for three years, so I understand the importance of respecting communal spaces and boundaries. That said, I’d love to make friends, create a cosy environment, and a good kitchen chat over a cuppa or a glass of wine depending on the day. I’m open to budding up as I currently live in an apartment I have fully furnished.
