Looking for a bright, friendly abode ????

I’m looking for a new home in Cornwall, open to location, preferably Falmouth/penryn as that’s where I’ve settled since living back here.

Usually out running, cycling, surfing, finding some new places to explore or something creative.
I’m looking for a house with like minded, sociable people, up for some adventures, gigs and dinner parties when it fits...
I’m a good balance of independ and social and respect others space.
Ideally looking for a good sized double room that is bright and sunny. A garden would be a massive bonus and am happy with any animals.
Really open to the location, cabin, yurt, room....
