LFR in a houseshare SW/SE London
I’m a full-time professional working in central London (Great Portland Street), currently looking for a friendly and relaxed flatshare in South or South West London — open to East for the right place. Good transport links are important, ideally with a reliable bus route into central.
I’m clean, tidy and fairly low-key during the week , I’m usually in the office Monday to Friday, so the flat gets a good balance of space and downtime. I enjoy a calm home environment, but I’m always up for the occasional pre-drinks, dinner or catch-up. Not a big TV watcher, but definitely partial to a good Netflix binge.
I’m easy to live with, respectful of space but equally happy to chat or socialise. I love a bright, airy space (I have quite a few plants, so natural light is a big win), and I’m very on top of keeping things clean (dust allergy, so it’s non-negotiable. Happy to split a cleaner too).
Looking to spend around £1100 (can stretch to £1300) including bills. Open to buddying up for a two-bed or joining an existing flat. LGBTQ+ friendly homes would be ideal, but most important is a good vibe and like-minded flatmates.
