LFR in a gay houseshare SW London prefered

I’m looking for a flat in Brixton at the end of March or doubling up with someone for a two-bedroom. Good transport and a reliable bus system are essential.

I’m not interested in a permanent party flat but rather occasional birthday or celebration pre-drinks. I’m not a TV watcher, I prefer Netflix binges.

I’m clutter-free and tidy, though I try to cook but don’t often. I’m generally kept to myself but always available for a chat or a good ear. I need a bright flat as I’m a plant daddy and need to house 40 different-sized plants. Alternatively, I’d prefer an area to house my green babies.

LGBT+ flatmates are preferred but not essential. I’m looking to spend around £1100 per month, including bills.

I’m not looking for someone who is fully remote.
