I am looking for new place to live

I am looking for an affordable room or flat share from 28th March 2026 onwards in Tibshelf, Morton, Matlock, Near Chesterfield within 10 miles and within 10 Wath upon Dearne. good airport access to go to Alicante to see my family at a push I am Semi-retired at present looking for rooms that I can get to East Midlands Airport or South Yorkshire for my job and looking for a Single/Double room preferably or even Studio apartment, flat etc. I am happy to share with Males or Females, I am 55 and have a house in Spain. I am in UK as I need to come back to UK due to financial circumstances and low employment chances in Spain. And if I do share and get friends out of this also they maybe invited to come to Spain and stay at my place for a great cheap holiday. I am looking at having Visitors and friends to Visit, so am looking for understanding landlord and flatmates would be appreciated. But I will respect the house rules at all times.
