I require a decent sized room in a happy yet peaceful household, comfy mattress, wardrobe and space for a desk as i am in the middle of study.

Prefer broadband & bills inclusive.

My business takes me out of house majority of the day time & I work outdoors all year round. If its torrential/ snow, i seek shelter indoors. I require parking within the property radius for my business insurance [tools] and much easier during the day as sometimes I nip back to collect something or change.

My spare time is mainly my allotment on the Meadrow so I would like to remain in GU7 area [though if a suitable abode was available Elstead way, I'd be happy to switch to their allotment.

On occasions I visit and help out with my grandchildren. They live locally.
