I require a decent sized room in a happy yet peaceful household , comfy mattress, wardrobe and space for a desk as study/work.

My business takes me out of house majority of the day time & I work outdoors all year round. If its torrential/ snow, i seek shelter indoors. I require parking during the day as sometimes I nip back to collect something or change.
