Professional working full-time on the London Thames Crossing project, looking for a room in the RM16 / Chafford Hundred / Grays area.

I’ll be working on the London Thames Crossing project in RM16 5UZ and am looking for a clean, comfortable room within easy commuting distance.

I’m in stable full-time employment and looking for a long-term stay (around 4 years), so ideally a quiet, respectful household rather than short-term lets.

I’m tidy, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. I work long, consistent hours and will mainly be working during the week, so I’m looking for somewhere calm and well-kept to come home to.

Move-in date: 3rd May

Ideally looking for:

* Furnished double room (single considered)
* Bills included preferred
* Good transport links or parking
* Clean, well-maintained property

Chafford Hundred / Grays / Lakeside area preferred due to proximity to work, but open to nearby areas with reasonable commute
