Room wanted or buddy up for a property Manchester

Hi everyone 👋

Im looking for a room to rent, preferably en-suite or bathroom shared with 1 other person. Ideally 2 or 3 bed property - no HMO.
I prefer unfurnished rooms.

A little bit about me:
- I’m Ashley, soon to be 28, gay.
- working in finance full time from home (my work does not require any calls or meetings so I will not disturb anyone).
- I like cooking, plants and coffee.
- I DJ for fun and make music.
- I like exploring new places.
- I like both socializing and spending time on my own.
- I like playing video games as well as reading an occasional book.
- I’m always down for an IKEA trip or a day trip out of the city or hiking ?

I’m gay so it’s important for me that my future flatmate is open / the household is LGBT friendly.

My budget is £900 including bills but for the right place I’m willing to flex it.

Location wise ( preference but not a deal breaker): M5 M6 M7
- Salford
- Media City
- Ancoats
- within 30 min commute to city centre

Move in date is anywhere August onwards as im currently in HMO ( looking to leave as it’s 10 bed house and it’s just not for me ) but I am willing to flex for the right room / flat / flatmate.
