Annex Room needed close to public transport

I'm a nanny, photographer, dog walker, and artist. I enjoy reading, being in nature, treasure hunts, teaching dogs and chickens, knitting/crocheting, creating art, illustrating, photography, line dance, horseback riding, quad riding, baking, and board games.

I am looking for a quiet considerate place with lots of privacy, happy to do it in exchange for pet care and basic cleaning or occasional babysitting, or photo session (if free accommodation offered) as long as I am able to still do my jobs as my aim is to save up so I can be more independent and hopefully afford rent. If around £450, no exchange, and I'm afraid I can only afford deposit in small increments.

It's been incredibly hard without family/friends and as single person with occasional longer gaps between nanny positions to afford rent. So my aim is to build a growing network of pet clients as well to avoid gaps and having constant income one way or the other. I'm quiet, friendly & thoughful, quirky, introverted, HSP & INFJ (which has similarities to autism, but not on the spectrum or a disorder), therefore very noise sensitive, high social anxiety which pets have always helped with, organized, and tidy. Don't smoke/drink/party. Only non-smokers please! :)

Desk needed for work and illustration projects. I work partly from home as illustrator and have two jobs outside of home most days plus occasional photo sessions.
