Writer seeking North Somerset base for lectures

I'm an author / writer currently working remotely. I am delivering a series of talks and lectures in January - April 2027 mostly in North Somerset and need a base somewhere nearby. I previously lived and worked in Somerset 2018 - 2020 and know the county well.

I am flexible with dates, but would prefer to move in before Christmas 2026 and need to be in the area until at least the start of March 2027.

I am just finishing a 12 month rental in Swindon and previous to that rented in Kent for 12 months. Previous to this, I was a regular short / medium-term Airbnb guest, with 29 flawless reviews available on request as well as references for three longer term lets and my employer. My current landlord can also provide a reference.

Essentials: Bills incl (though I'm happy to provide my own internet arrangements) | Access to a bathroom and kitchen | Furnished, lockable bedroom (just a bed and mattress is acceptable).

Desired: High speed internet | Off Street Parking (open to paying for this) | Bicycle Storage | Working Desk and Wardrobe | Washing Machine.
