Looking to rent in a room!

Hi there,

I’m a freelance Artist who works across Film and the Arts. I am looking to rent a double room in an easy going, friendly house or flat in and around London. I currently live in North London but very open to other areas too.

I am pretty easy going, good humoured and respectful of other people’s space and just get on with doing my own thing.

I’d like to share a space with someone or people who are also respectful, kind and also do their own thing.

Any socialising I do is mainly outside the house so I am not looking for a place that has lots of parties and people milling through.

I would really like to be able to treat the space as a home and as a freelancer, I do take my own time off so there will be days that I am around doing my own work that would be confined to my own space.

Also to add say as I am freelance that does not mean I have difficulty getting work or making ends meet.. I do that just fine.

I have a bike and would like to be able to put it somewhere rather than the street.

I also can provide previous landlord refs of where I have lived before if needed.
