I am looking for a spacious studio/normal 1 bed flat or, if I'm lucky,
a 2 bedroom flat with a live in landlord who travels and is almost never around. 😀

I'm looking along the District line anywhere from Tower Hill down to Wimbledon
OR
Anywhere within 40 minutes commute to the city.
I go into the office in the city 3 or 4 times a week and my workday stretches from 9am to 8pm so I'd love quiet and peace when I'm home.
Hopefully there is a library or Waterstones close by as I really like to read.
