Seeking short-term let ☺️

We are a couple looking for a short-term rental (or sub-let) for 2-6 months in Bristol whilst we look for a longer term place. We are ideally looking for a whole place rather than a room in a shared house.

After living in Bristol for 4 years we took a break to live in chilled Devon for 2 years and now will be returning to the Bristol area to buy a home together.

A bit about us:
Friendly, responsible and chilled, I work in project management at The University of Exeter and as a reflexologist part-time, Sam works as a restoration technician. We will be available to move in from the beginning of November after returning from a period of traveling Asia and are looking forward to settling back into Bristol for the winter months. We will both be returning to our jobs.

I have extensive experience subletting both in the UK and abroad - subletting from others and subletting my own place, so understand the mutual respect, trust and care that is needed in these situations!
We can provide references and pay costs up front (which is always helpful if someone is going traveling!). We are also happy to pay a deposit and have written contracts to protect us all!
