Little about me: grew up across the south, work at the Excel centre as a conference & events operations manager, go to the gym 3/4x a week, gay, non-smoker, don't partake in drugs and not a heavy drinker or patry animal personally. I'm very easy going, clean and considerate of flatmates; not banging doors and quiet as a mouse if I'm up early for work.

Looking for a room with other professionals or with post grad students, in a clean, respectful flatshare.

My budget is around £825, all inclusive.
Not expecting to find a large room for this, and that's personally so fine for me as I like to live quite minimalist; with just clothes and some treasured books. Location is most important to me and living with respectful and clean flatmates.
