29 y/o M looking for tidy home! (3 ppl max)

Hello, I’m Charlie and I’d be interested in arranging a viewing for rooms in and around Leeds!

I’m 29 and I currently live in a shared house in Burley. I’ve been here since August 2024, but I’m after somewhere new as I would like a change of scenery. I have lived in numerous properties which I found on Spare Room, so I’m used to living with a range of different people.

I am a Transport Planner and work from my office nearly every weekday in Leeds City Centre / Dock, with an occasional day at home meaning I would need a desk in any bedroom.

Outside of work, I love getting outdoors as much as possible. I’m a keen runner, football fan and try to see as much live music as I can. I have a partner who lives in Kirkstall that I see most weekends, who would likely stay over sometimes.

I’m a very clean and tidy housemate, and I’m always respectful of other people’s space. One of the reasons I am looking to move is due to the communal areas of my current house being left untidy, so finding somewhere that feels nice and homely is really important to me. I'm 30 next year, and I'm after somewhere that feels less like a student house!

I’d be able to view whenever with the intention of moving in at the start of February as my notice at my current property is 2 months. At this stage, it would be my intention to hand my notice in on December 1st as it has to be on the first day of a month and any new home would need to be secured in advance of this.

My budget is around £800 per month including bills, but I can be flexible depending on what is available. A maximum of 3 total housemates is essential, and an en-suite is preferable.
