Looking for a buddy up to rent a 2-bedroom home

Hello, fellow searchers! 😊

My flatmate and I have just been served notice by our landlady, so we'll need to move out by the end of October, after I've called my current place home for the last six years. I've looked into living on my own, but unfortunately it's not affordable for me at the moment, so I'm hoping to find someone to buddy up with.

I'd love to move away from the hustle of Greater London and settle somewhere in Surrey (or one of the Greater London areas listed in my advert). I work in a head office near Heathrow Airport, so I need good access to the M25 for commuting, but also would like a convenient link into central London. I work a hybrid shift pattern (5 on, 3 off; 4 on, 4 off) and work from home two days each block.

I'm a very active person, especially in the warmer months. You'll usually find me outdoors - cycling, hiking, working out, volunteering at a horse yard, dancing, or meeting friends. When the weather isn't great, I enjoy reading, cross-stitching, and gaming on my PS5. I also love travelling, scuba diving, and anything that gets the adrenaline going. I would also like to mention that I have around 30 houseplants, which would be coming with me, so hopefully you're not opposed to a little indoor jungle.

I value quality over quantity in life and prefer a few close friendships over lots of acquaintances. I'm looking for a home where we can both feel comfortable, relaxed, and respectful of each other's space.

I'm clean and considerate, and I'm hoping to find a like-minded woman to create a home with. My must-haves are an outdoor space (garden or balcony), plenty of natural light, and somewhere to park (either allocated or on-street). £1200 is the maximum I would like to spend a month with bills.
