I'm a 25 y/o working in central London as a PR Manager for a well known fintech brand. From Jan 2026 I will be in the office twice a week minimum, though it is flexible and the days can differ, sometimes it might be more, sometimes it could be remote all week in certain circumstances. It's fully flexible and I'm happy to go in office more often if you would prefer that. I really don't mind.

I'm looking for a room in Barnes, Putney or Wandsworth (I live in west Putney currently).

I would ideally stay in the SW15 area but happy to move towards upper Wandsworth by the river. Any further towards Clapham, Tooting, Earlsfield or Wimbledon etc is too far and I don't really know those areas well enough.

I'm ideally looking for a 2/3 bed apartment or house with low noise and people who are comfortable with me working remotely around 50% of the week and largely keeping myself to myself (mainly because I'm either at the gym, cinema, football, or going back to family home for Sunday and Monday!)

I generally keep myself to myself but into gym, football and cinema if that's useful to know (not that I can't chat about other things). I am of course a human being so perfectly capable of good chit chat at any time. I'm not a hermit.

I can supply my own desk and chair, I will require some desk space in the room.
