I am a professional male, looking for a private double room, preferably furnished with all bills (heat, water, internet) included. Ensuite shower/bathroom a plus, but not necessary.
I'm also very open to a full 1 bedroom or studio flat to myself if anyone has one available, within my budget listed below.
Budget - £700-£1,100 (maximum) per month.
I'm a dual Canadian/British Citizen who will be returning to England to live permanently on
April 15th, 2025
I'm a nonsmoker, no pets and I'm very quiet , clean and courteous. Open to month to month , or 6 month contract.
Parking spot needed.
I own and operate a home renovation company in Canada, and I will be running this from the UK, as well as working in the UK, with a goal of opening a similar business there.
Hoping to have everything set up by my moving date of April 15th to move straight in on arrival from Canada. I do have some flexibility with dates.
