I’m a freelancer in the performing arts industry, moving to London for work. I’m looking for a calm, friendly home rather than just a room. I’m tidy, respectful, emotionally mature, and very easy to live with.

I work a mix of remote and in‑person, so I’m often out during the day, and evenings are usually spent teaching or taking dance classes, seeing friends, or winding down quietly. I’m sociable but not intrusive - I love a yap in the kitchen, sitting down together in the living room or heading out on a mini adventure, but I also really value people’s space. I’m house‑proud and like keeping shared areas cosy and clean.

Ideally moving mid‑August, and looking around Putney/Wandsworth area. Budget up to £900+bills. Long‑term preferred.
