Looking to move into house/flat share, parking is required. Open to a few different areas in Manchester, not too far from city centre.
I'm flexible with move in date so no rush.
Can be clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. Looking for somewhere relatively quiet with someone who doesn't make too much noise and has a similar routine (i. e. 9-5ish job) so its quiet at night, I'm happy to socialise but also respectful of others' space so won't be too overbearing! Would prefer not to have shared bathroom but open to it. My budget is including bills, so don't mind if its around £600 plus bills, but also relatively flexible.
