Looking for a home in Newcastle for me and my cat

Hi! I'm currently living in Bensham and I am looking for a double room in a house or flat, or whole place to myself over in Newcastle. Preferred areas would be byker walker jesmond or Heaton to be near friends, but open to areas as long as there is a metro or bus stop near by.

I'm currently working as a cleaner and in a shop in Ouseburn.
I'm a very friendly, easy going and open minded person looking for some like minded people to share with. I like home to be a sanctuary, I am not looking to live in a party house, I respect the space I live in but don't get me wrong I do like to go out now and again :) I would like to live with non smokers who are clean and tidy like myself.

Ideally I would like to live in a homely home, in good condition, with a nice communal living area, rather than a shared place with beds in all the rooms. I am very house proud, I would look after the house and like living somewhere with a bit of personality.

I have a lovely friendly cat called Ebony, who is used to going outside so I am looking for somewhere with a garden that is easy to let him out (ideally a back door).
