Reliable Full-Time Working Couple Seeking Accommod

Hi! We're a friendly, reliable couple, both working full-time, looking for a place to call home.

We're open to a studio or 1-bedroom property, a 2-bedroom flat to share with one other tenant (not a live-in landlord), or a spacious en-suite room in a well-kept house.

Our budget is approximately £1,100 including bills. We're hoping to find somewhere with no deposit if possible and are looking for a long-term home. We'd ideally start with a 12-month tenancy and be happy to renew if it's a good fit for everyone.
