Looking for a double en-suite room

Hi! I’m a 31-year-old female civil engineer working in Central London. I have a hybrid working pattern, splitting my time between the office and working from home.

I’m clean, tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries. I enjoy having a friendly home environment where everyone is comfortable, while also appreciating each other’s privacy and downtime. I’m a non-smoker and would ideally like to buddy up with another female professional who is similar.

I’m looking for a double en-suite room or to find another female to buddy up with and rent a two-bedroom two-bathroom flat together.

My ideal budget is around £1350 per month including bills, although I can be a little flexible for the right property and location.

I’m fairly flexible with move-in dates. Ideally, I’m looking to move after mid-August 2026, but I can move sooner or wait a little longer if the right opportunity comes along.

Preferred areas: Victoria, Pimlico, Westminster, South Kensington, Earl’s Court, Chelsea, Hammersmith, West Hampstead, and St John’s Wood.
