Seeking room in Burley or Kirkstall area

Require room from the 30/6/26.

I work in Armley, Leeds. Would like somewhere near-ish for ease of travelling to work such as Burley or Kirkstall (I don't want to live in Armley itself).

Would prefer a settled smaller house share of between 2 to 3 people - 5/6 can be too loud, busy and constant turnover - but can makes exceptions if a friendly considerate bunch. No ground floor rooms.

Interests Include socializing, reading, movies, gym (when I can be bothered!), occasional nights out and jogging/rambling in parks and enjoying fresh air.

Currently tied to contract at my current place till the end of June hence why I mentioned the move in date of 30/06/26 at the beginning.
