Hi. I'm a very practical, quiet, young at heart 58 yrs old freelance chef / professional driver, at a life reset point and setting up on-line income.
I would consider anything as long as it is dry and has water access, must have decent mobile signal or broadband access, and has quiet time for at least part of the day/night.
Shed, caravan, garage ... anything with a roof basically.
I would prefer to keep monetary cost as low as possible or nil with skills exchange or help with companionship, conversations, DIY skill, conversion/renovation as possibility.
Life has happened along the way and I am now at the stage of resetting my life, opening to possibilities! 😊
PS. I have a well-behaved 15 years old indoor female cat.
