Professional female (31) looking for double room.

Hello! My name is Rachel (31) and I work in Housing for a Local Authority.

I alternate between working from home/going into the office. I'm also a writer, reviewing theatre shows across London, so often spend my evenings at a show (always have a plus one if you're into that!).

I'm currently living in Southfields, but my landlord is selling the property. I'm now seeking a double room either in the area or nearby (Wimbledon, Putney, Earlsfield, Tooting). I am flexible about the time, but would like to move around August/September.

Alongisde writing, my other hobbies are zumba/gym, city breaks, salsa...and soap opera - I do love Emmerdale! 😂

I’m friendly, sociable, open minded and clean! I’d love a social household, but also one that respects privacy. I've lived with 11 others before :O so used to big flat shares, but would prefer a smaller houseshare.

My budget is between £800 to £1100, but can be flexible. I am comfortable to do virtual viewings and in person viewings.
