UCA Post-grad student looking for room

My name is Marco, I'm 26 years old, currently based in Canterbury and I am a Master's Student.
My current tenancy agreement ends on June 15th 2026 and I am looking for an accommodation to stay for my 3rd term (June to September).
Earliest moving-in date would be June 1st 2026. I am open to staying after the end of my course in September.
My preference would be an double room, with washing machine, dryer and shared kitchen area, bills included. I would prefer spaces where cleanliness and tidiness are prioritised and there's respect for personal spaces.
