I'm Aaron. Currently looking for a new spacious double room ideally and en-suite in a house with clean people.

I'm 28 and I’m an electrician, who's a very cordial, well mannered and a respectful individual. I like my own space but I’m don’t mind a little waffle from time to time ;). Honestly I’m quite hard working so mostly out the house for 9 - 13 hours at a time, but when I’m home I’ll just be doing a quick food prep or just kicking back chilling catching up on some rest.

Budget is £900 - £1200

Given the size of the room and amenities, it obviously has be worth what I’m paying. l

Really just looking for somewhere I can be settled and no headache.
