A clam, quiet home for a calm, quiet person
Hello,
I am interested in a calm environment where I can make a long-term home.
I can be reasonably flexible about when to move.
I'm a librarian in a specialist academic library. I work mainly M-F, 9-5, but with occasional evening or weekend hours.
When I'm not at work, my favourite activities are reading, visiting museums, and going to art exhibitions.
I also do cat-sitting (in the cat's home, not in my home), and I love cats, although I don't currently have any pets myself.
I enjoy having a good chat and occasionally sharing a meal with housemates, but I also like to have a bit of time to myself, so I certainly understand if others feel the same, and I am very respectful of other people's space and privacy.
As a librarian, I have quite a few books, so some space to store books is important to me.
Although I'm not obsessive, I do like things to be reasonably clean and tidy, and I'm quite happy to share the cost of a cleaner or to be part of a cleaning rota.
I'm hoping to find a like-minded person to share with. Please message me if you think we might make good flatmates. I look forward to meeting you!
