Friendly, easygoing & tidy 27yo looking for room

Hey! I’m Alex, I’m 27 and I’m looking for a room to rent in a flatshare, and also open to a buddy up. I’m friendly, social, and easy to get along with. I’ve been travelling for a few months and now I’m looking to move back to London around mid June as I start a new job (corporate strategy) around then.

I already have an existing set of mates in London, but it would be great to hang out with housemates as well, very up for cooking dinners, watching the football, going on runs, or going for some beers. Would be nice to become friends with housemates. I do also like my own space, and having some evenings to chill out and not do too much would be a good set up. I will most likely WFH 2/3 days a week, but happy to be flexible.

I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, but completely understand people can be busy at times. I’m considerate about noise, but having some friends round occasionally for some food/drinks on the weekend would be ideal.

I like watching/playing football, bjj, running, chess, surfing, playing drums (at a studio/practice room), hanging out with mates, going to the pub, eating good food, and watching films.
