Wanted - Large en-suite / annex / garden or basement flat
Looking for my own private space to rent, just had a change in circumstances so looking again. Having own entrance and simple kitchen amenities is preferred due to sometimes unsociable working hours when I eventually get home or leaving for a shift. Never WFH. Happy to purchase my own amenities for small 'kitchenette' in my space if not included, and permitted by landlord.
Weekly I can be at work for 24hrs-3 days in a row including sleep-ins.
I am a quiet individual who keeps to myself but would be happy to help with the odd job if I’m available, including animals.
I do drive, so some sort of parking nearby would be required.
