I am a professional male 33, looking for a house share as of the 27th of feb as my current tenancy ends on that date.
Want to look into renting a 2-3 bed property privately rather than a house share as it gives more of a feeling of having your own space.
Im very tidy, I work alot so probably wouldnt see me too much. I respect and appreciate privacy as much as anyone should.
