I am a professional female aged 50. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/12/2025 and have a budget of up to a maximum of £900pcm. I would prefer a private annex or studio or a house share with a private lounge(doesn't need to be big) and private bathroom with males or females between the ages of 45 -65 ideally with a live in landlord/landlady in a homely environment and dogs/cats are a big bonus. I work Monday- Friday 9 - 5.30. I'm a social person but work does take presidence in the week and I'm likely to be away a couple of weekends a month visiting family and friends
