Professional Male seeks a double room

My name is Luca 38 years old. I’m a professional working full time as a chef in a restaurant near Bank station.
I'm looking to find a spacious and comfy double room around the area of Tooting. My maximum budget included the bills is £1200.
I am friendly, sociable, laid back, clean and tidy person. I would like to live in a calm, tidy and friendly house where I can make new friends. I do love cook for myself and share a meal/glass of wine with my housemates too.
At the moment I’m living Tooting with 2 other housemates and I’m looking for a more comfortable place. I don't feel comfortable to live there and I hope to find a better place where I can call home. For example the entrance wood floor it’s damaged but the landlord covered with a big rug, the conditions and the amenities of the house are not great and they need to be changed. The lock of the back door facing the garden is damaged and the landlord doesn’t want to fix it, also the lock of the front door you don’t look and you just need to shut it: also for this reason I feel unsafe too.
