Looking For Room

Hi,

I am mature student and looking for a flat that could be share with female only, in The University of Birmingham area.

The criteria that I am looking is the room should has safe, lock, desk. And the flat has good water installation. Appreciate to No party/couple in the house and aware with sleep/quite time (>10PM). Looking clean, tidy and comfortable flat.

I’m a tidy, respectful person with a good reputation from previous landlords and housemates. I’ve been renting rooms for several years in UK and used to living in houses with professional workers and appreciate a peaceful, working-person rhythm at home — where everyone is respectful of each other’s space and routines and always make sure to keep shared spaces clean and communicate well with others in the house/flat. I’m also a non-smoker, enjoy a quiet and peaceful home, and always pay rent on time.

It will be great if I can make a deal directly with Landlord, no agent. If you have any room/flat like this, please let me know.
