Ensuite Room in Liverpool Wanted

I'm on the hunt for an ensuite room from the start of September, as I'm heading to the city to begin a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (yes, I've voluntarily signed up for years of studying... again!).
By day, I'll be working and completing my clinical training with NHS Mersey Care ( Employed), and by night you'll most likely find me reading, writing assignments, or convincing myself that one more coffee is definitely a good idea.

A little about me:
42-year-old bloke with a big, easy-going personality.
Mature student / professional (emphasis on the professional student... the "mature" bit is still under review!).
Full-time employed, reliable, and financially secure.
Quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
I actually own my own home in Shropshire, so this is my weekday base rather than a permanent move. I'll usually disappear back home on Friday evenings, meaning you'll get the place to yourselves most weekends!
My dream setup:

That said, I'm realistic and happy to consider places that don't tick every single box if they feel like the right fit.
I'm looking for somewhere friendly, quiet, relaxed, and drama-free. I get on with pretty much everyone, appreciate a good chat over a brew, but I'm equally happy keeping to myself after a long day in the NHS.
