Looking for a double room in a sociable house

Hi I'm Ervin. I'm moving to Liverpool in September to start a PHD in October. I've got a budget of around £650pcm (£800 with bills). I'm happy to look at buddy-ups as well - there does seem to be decent amount of 2-3 beds on Rightmove/Open Rent.

I'm going to be studying at the the University of Liverpool (I'm planning to treat it like a 9-5), so would ideally like to be somewhere with good access, such as Wavertree, Toxteth, Georgian Quarter or Sefton Park.

I'm clean and tidy, as well as respectful of other people's space. I'm laid back and looking for a sociable house, as I'm going to be new to Liverpool, but I also like doing my own thing some of the time. I enjoy cycling (road) and bouldering, as well as a few pints here and there.
