25 y/o looking for friendly housemate(s) :)

Hi I am Emily. I am 25 and I have a 3 year old cat who is fully house trained and very friendly. I am looking for a double room, ideally in a buddy up. I can be flexible on when I want to move, but ideally looking asap :) I am flexible on the area as I have a car but ideally Heaton/sandyford/jesmond :)

I currently work part time as a healthcare assistant at the hospital and I am looking for a 6month tenancy to start with. Would like to find somewhere for up to £450pcm (not including bills)

I enjoy going to the gym, cooking food, being outdoors and will often be listening to a podcast or music. I don’t often drink and I like to keep a clean / tidy house so I’m looking for a housemate who is respectful and tidy :)
