Searching 2-bed flatshare with a sociable flatmate

I’m a working professional in my late twenties from the UK. I’ve got a job in London as a consultant, and as such, I’m looking for a flatmate. The preferred move-in is as soon as possible – though I’m flexible till mid-late May if I find the right flatmate and/or place.

The less formal (but also important bit):
People want to live with someone they feel comfortable with and who clicks with them. So here is some more information about me, written in video-game style for ease.

Stats:
Outgoingness – 7/10 pts. I’m fairly sociable, like trying new things and making friends. Sometimes, I will just hibernate in my room, though.
Cleanliness – 8/10pts. I value a clean, hygienic space with clearly set standards for maintaining this. I don’t get annoyed about minor things (unless they become a habit).
Drinking/partying – 5/10pts. I like going to the pubs/bars and the occasional night out. I drink a little socially. I do not smoke.
Netflix addiction – 8/10pts. Watching a nice show/movie with someone = peak enjoyment.
Sportiness – 6/10pts. Would be great to have a gym buddy to keep me motivated. I run regularly.
Personality type – ENFP (if you know, you know).
Priorities – Mutual respect and personal space. Work and life is tiring, so I value coming back to a comfortable, peaceful living space. This goes both ways.
