Traveling Woman Artist and Writer

At work as a writer in Manhattan

My first choice is to find
a LARGE STUDIO or ONE BEDROOM FLAT
(for which I'd pay more)

SHORT TERM RENTAL with possible roll-over arrangement if everyone is happy?

LOW DEPOSIT

FURNISHED

GOOD PLUMBING

GOOD HEAT SYSTEM please!

ANY STYLE SO LONG AS IT IS really CLEAN

SPACIOUS - NO attics or basements please

Simple but elegant.

Notice: I do not care about views, parks being close, having a rooftop or even a garden. I care that the INTERIOR is clean, elegant, and welcoming.

For a SHARE:

LARGE DOUBLE with ENSUITE or PRIVATE BATHROOM

TRUE QUIET

GOOD WIFI

GOOD QUALITY BEDDING

HEAT ! Around 21 is fine

DECENT SHOWER PRESSURE

PLEASE respond ONLY if you understand I am an artist with NO interest in having sports facilities or gyms, swimming pools or hot tubs, balconies or gardens. It's WINTER. So I am looking for a quiet place that is lovely INSIDE.

WHAT I offer:

Quiet.
Honesty.
Trustworthiness.
Cleanliness.
Sense of humor.
Good conversation when desired.
Organic foodie.
Like to cook for others - a bit of a Mama in that way.
Cat and dog lover -- no yappers please!
Warm hearted.
Sensitive.
Creative (I HAVE TO DO IT. IT'S A NEED.)
Fairly well-traveled.
Divorced.
Children in France.
Friendly introvert
Laughter is my favorite medicine.

Thank you,

Mimi
