Looking to find a flat with 1-2 girls

Hiya! I am looking for someone to share a flat with as I am moving out of my current flat in Chapel Wharf in Manchester. I’m open to sharing with up to 2 other girls. I have a 2-months notice on current flat that I’ve yet to hand in, so I am flexible but ideally mid-October time.

About me:
I’m 28, turning 29 very soon. I am a brand manager at a drinks company and work full time at the office. I’ve lived in Manchester for coming up 4 years now.

I’m very friendly, respectful and considerate. I’m a positive person who likes a chat and would like to get on with my housemate well, and hopefully become friends.

I’m very clean and tidy and would like someone who also likes a clean and relaxing house environment.

I’m really looking to get involved in more social activities and meet more friends in Manchester. I try to go the gym regularly during the week and like walks, swimming and running. I love a movie night, good food and going out for a drink on the weekend.

My ideal flat:
- on-suite bathroom
- would ideally like a balcony
- good size bedroom
- concierge building
- gym in the building
- city centre

I’d be open to looking at a 2 or 3-bed flat in my current building as I’ve had a really good experience with the building.
