My name is Sophia and I'm looking for a room or flat for the 2026/27 academic year starting in September! My budget is around £600-700 (max £750 with bills, firm) and I'd like to be within or as close to town as possible as I'm typically involved in societies and events. I'm happy to take a room or to consider a whole flat with 2+ bedrooms; I do have some potential flatmates lined up for 2+ bedroom properties, some lovely incoming postgraduate girls.
I'm an incoming English Literature PhD student from Canada. I've previously studied at St Andrews for my MLitt and absolutely loved the town, so I'm very excited to return this autumn. I'm in my late 20s, not a big partier (love a good dinner party though), tidy, quiet, responsible, and very good baker. I'm looking to share a flat with other postgrad students, ideally other PhD candidates.
