Hi, I’m Evans, 27, currently looking for a room or flat to move into as soon as possible.

I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going person who values a calm and positive home. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and communicate well — no drama. I’m the kind of flatmate who’s friendly and considerate, but also respects people’s space and routines.

I work regularly and keep a steady schedule. Outside of work I’m into music, fitness and football, but at home I’m pretty chilled — not a party person and definitely not loud.

I’m happy living with professionals or students and I’m flexible on location for the right place. Ideally looking for a place where people are relaxed, respectful, and treat the flat like a home.
