Looking for a spacious double room

Hi,

Hope you're well,
I'm looking for a double room, would be great if it was unfurnished due to me having some furniture already but semifinished should still be good.
Close to public transport and ideally with a shared living room but depending on the room it’s not a necessity.

I have the sweetest little bean of a ginger cat named Burt, have never had any issues with him (doesn’t scratch furniture) he’s an outdoor cat so he is out most of the day in the summer and likes sleeping in during rainy days/ winter. He loves a stroke and can sit and give paw for treats!

I work in costume for film and tv, so I work pretty long hours. And may disappear for a week or two to shoot on location, but can arrange for someone to look after Burt if it is an issue.
Would love to be able to socialise with the rest of the household but still have some alone time here and there. Definitely more than up for going to the pub and cooking from time to time!
Love going to exhibitions, also enjoy the typical Netflix binge and movie night.

I speak both English and Spanish fluently (I'm Colombian) and I'm more than happy in an LGTBQ+ household since I grew up in one.
The budget provided hopefully includes bills.
