Occasional overnight stays needed.

Non smoking female Professional Looking for Room Near London Bridge. Female Household Only. I’m a professional working in London Bridge and I’m looking for a room very close to work for occasional overnight stays.

I’m looking for this arrangement to start from 6 October, with the following requirements:

Alternate Mondays: one overnight stay
Every 6 weeks, I’ll need Monday and Tuesday nights
I can provide 4 weeks’ availability in advance
Budget: £35 per night
I don’t need use of a kitchen, but I do need access to a shower
Female-only household preferred

I’m quiet, clean, respectful and considerate. I’m generally back between 7:00pm and 9:30pm and leave around 7:30am, so the room would only be used for sleeping.

I’m looking for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable, and would be a low-impact lodger given the limited number of nights.

I’m happy to have a video call in advance to introduce myself and discuss the arrangement.
