Looking for a room with parking around the city

Hey I’m iysha, I’m 33 and will be going back to work full time at Royal Mail. I rent my own home out as I just can’t seem to drag myself away from the centre. I will be moving back after 3 years in Sydney and looking for a long term flat preferably around Ancoats / Nq. I work usually 6 days a week so I’m barely in between 8-6. I love going to the gym / getting out of the city for some nice walks but also still feeling young at heart and love a fun night out ( dj occasionally so a love of house music is a plus ). I have lived with females / males in Aus so not fussy but one non negotiable is it has to be clean and tidy.
