Wanted - Annex, Small Flat, Room, Caravan Plot

We're a professional, full-time working creative couple aged between 46 and 47. I (Sarah) work from home, remotely, and my husband (Curt) is a bicycle mechanic. We're looking for an annex, small flat, or a caravan plot in a (preferably) rural area, but will consider a quiet town area/outskirts. We would need to be approx 50 min commute from Fforestfach in Swansea. We'd like somewhere where all bills are included, including council tax as we need an address for work contracts. We don't have pets or children. We're looking for a medium-term arrangement (6 - 12 months). An area to garden/sit in would be a bonus.

We have numerous skills between us, so we're open to opportunities for reduced rent. We could help with gardening, landscaping, general DIY/maintenance, bike/car maintenance, helping out with animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses) and we love being out in nature.
