Hello! My name is Syeda Aliza, and I am a 21-year-old working professional and university student. I currently work as a Careers and Marketing Assistant while studying Marketing and Digital Communications at Middlesex University.
I am looking to move as soon as possible. Please see my preferences below:
📍 Location: Hendon, Colindale, Willesden, close to Middlesex University, or other well-connected areas in North West London
🏡 Property: A room in a clean and comfortable shared house
💷 Budget: £450–£550 per month, with all bills included
🗓 Length of stay: At least six months
I am clean, tidy, respectful and easy to communicate with. I value a peaceful and homely living environment and would be considerate of both the landlord and other housemates.
I spend most of my time working, studying and focusing on personal projects, so I am generally quiet and will not cause any noise or disruption.
In my free time, I enjoy going out or simply staying in and resting after a busy week of work and study.
