After 10 wonderful years in London it’s time to move closer to family and friends in Sussex.

I’m 39, British, very considerate, clean and fairly quiet. I don’t drink very often and enjoy reading, socialising, the great outdoors, golf and tennis. Very happy to socialise with housemates or have my own life.

I work in central London 2-3 days a week and will need to work from my room on the other days. I will often be away visiting friends and family at weekends.

I’m looking for somewhere to live ideally for 6 months to a year from approx mid November in Sutton, Croydon, Purley, Redhill or Three Bridges or further down the Trainline.
This will give me time to explore new areas and set up a longer term home.
